Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free with tracking, no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Typical delivery is 7-12 business days from dispatch. Some items may arrive sooner; during peak periods (holidays, major sales) delivery can take a few days longer.
Because we work directly with our fulfillment partners' international warehouses to keep prices low, delivery takes a little longer than domestic retail. That's the trade-off that lets us skip the boutique markup.
Order tracking
Your tracking link is emailed automatically at dispatch. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show its first scan after you receive the link. That's normal.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact support@lowkeylux.store within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@lowkeylux.store and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Multiple items
Items may occasionally ship separately from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each parcel, and you're never charged extra for split shipments.
