You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund of the product price, no questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at support@lowkeylux.store, with your order number.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Once the return is confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Conditions

  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If something arrived damaged or defective, that's on us. Send a photo and we'll refund or replace it immediately, no return required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Supplements and other consumables that have been opened cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and it hasn't appeared, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@lowkeylux.store and we'll chase it down.

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
